He specializes in maths, literacy, study skills, and student wellbeing, creating programs like The Maths Show, Study Calm, and VCE Secrets of Success. A leading expert in mindfulness in education, Brad is a sought-after speaker and study skills trainer, presenting across Australia and internationally.

Aviva Kaufman

Marketing & Communications Director

Aviva has 25 years of experience, including 15 years as a Social Worker in Child Protection and Disability Services. She later founded a communications business supporting small businesses and schools. Passionate about education and wellbeing, Aviva uses her unique background to promote key messages in the education sector. As a parent of two teenagers, she empathizes with those striving to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Ben Felstead

Program Developer & Marketing Associate

A 2018 high school graduate and current Law student at Monash University, Ben ensures our programs stay relevant and engaging for today's students. He brings innovation to keep our content fresh and plays a key role in marketing, connecting with schools across Australia. Ben also shines as a performer in The Maths Show, where his charm makes him a favorite with audiences. We're proud to have him as a vital contributor to Felstead Education!

Michaela Epstein

Maths Consultant & Chief Maths Puzzle Maker

Michaela brings mathematical rigor to our team, creating engaging puzzles that spark curiosity. She has taught in both rural and urban schools, served as President of the Mathematical Association of Victoria, and contributed to the Australian Association of Mathematics Teachers. Michaela founded Maths Teacher Circles, connecting over 1,000 educators globally, and is passionate about reigniting curiosity for maths.

Chris Lyons

Memory Expert

Chris is a leading memory expert and former Australian Memory Champion, having memorized Pi to 4,400 digits. Over the past five years, he's delivered 100+ workshops and coaching programs, helping high school students study smarter and improve their grades. We're proud to offer Chris's engaging, effective sessions that help students read faster, retain more, and tackle information overload.

Bailey

Resident Wonder Dog

Bailey loves spending time at our office and being around people. If you've called us recently and heard barking in the background - that's probably her and perhaps a sign that the postman has arrived! Some would say that she is the true brains behind the business and has been a beloved part of the Felstead family enterprise for over 10 years. When she is not behind a desk she loves running at the park, lying on the sofa and enjoying her favourite treats.

Michelle Freedman

The School Vision Co-Founder

Michelle Freedman is the co-founder of The School Vision, a life-longl earner and has a particular skill for all things administrative and organisational. She also runs a business administration company,Mint Typing, and was a keen amateur actress and singer. She has two children at college and university and in her spare time is an avid theatregoer.

Perrie Young

The School Vision Co-Founder

Perrie Young is the co-founder of The School Vision. His commitment to providing inspirational and empowering educational opportunities for students drives his work across a range of subject areas. He also runsCreativeKid, which helps children and teenagers, through music and creativity, with confidence and self-esteem, across schools in London and the South East. Perrie also is a songwriter and producer, with three songs in the iTunes Top 10 in the past 4 years. He has two children and is a keen sports fan.
